Shipping policy

At AIOFEE, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Coverage
a. We currently ship across Pan-India, ensuring that your order reaches you no matter where you are located within the country.

b. International shipping is also available and details will be provided upon request.

2. Delivery Timelines
a. Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 7 business days.

b. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. The email will include your Order ID, followed by the Tracking ID, for your reference.
Please note that the order status on our website may appear as “Complete” after dispatch. However, your shipment will remain active and traceable through our logistics partner’s tracking system until it has been successfully delivered.

c. Please note that this timeline excludes weekends, public holidays, festive periods and unforeseen geopolitical or regional disruptions that may affect transit times.
