Refund policy

1. Order Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact our support team within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.

2. Return Eligibility
a. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

b. Be in the same condition as received: unopened, unworn, and unused.

c. Retain all original tags, packaging, and sealed shrink wrap.

d. Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: We do not accept returns if the shrink wrap is broken or tampered with.

3. How to Initiate a Return
a. To start a return: Email us at info@aiofee.com

b. If your return is accepted: 

i. We’ll provide a return shipping label.
ii. You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues
a. If your order is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:

b. Contact us immediately within 24 hours.

c. Share an unboxing video showing the issue clearly. The video must start before opening the package and show the full unboxing process.

d. Based on this, we’ll assess the situation and provide a solution.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
a. Items with broken or tampered shrink wrap.

b. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.

6. Exchange Requests
a. To request an exchange: Email info@aiofee.com or WhatsApp ‪+919315001299 with:

 i. Your order number
 ii. Reason for exchange
 iii. Unboxing video 

b. If eligible, we’ll provide shipping instructions and next steps. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement.

7. Refunds
a. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

b. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

c. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

d. If more than 7 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@aiofee.com

8. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or monetary refunds for change of mind under any circumstances.

9. International Shipments
For international orders, aiofee is not liable for damages incurred during long-distance travel. Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.
